Quick-Pick Plans
Three fixed-scope options for straightforward builds. If your project needs something outside these packages, the full custom calculator stays right below them.
1 page · Included revisions: 1
3 pages · Included revisions: 2
5 pages · Included revisions: 3
Covers Hosting, SSL, Deployment, Uptime monitoring, Basic maintenance, and Keeping the site live.
Additional work outside included scope is quoted first, then billed at $75/hour for the approved number of hours.
Launch Pricing
I’m opening three custom website spots at stupid-low prices to get some fresh builds out the door.
After those three spots are gone, pricing goes back to normal. Regular-price builds start with 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% due before launch or handoff. The discounted checkout links only stay available while the spot is available. If the link still works when you click it, you got it.
Every site is a custom build around your business, mobile-ready, and handled directly by me from the design conversation through the build. This is specifically not an “agency” handoff. I keep the project count limited so each site gets the time and attention it deserves.
I take a lot of pride in the work and build heavily through referrals — I pay for referrals too.
If price is the reason you’ve been putting off getting your site done, this is probably the cheapest I’m ever going to do it.
FAQ
A custom website built around your business, not a recycled template with your logo dropped into it. Your package includes the listed number of pages, mobile-first design, the listed revision rounds, deployment, and direct communication with me throughout the build. I’m very particular about the work I put my name on. I don’t like handing over something I think you might be even slightly disappointed with.
The first three promotional spots are paid in full at checkout at the advertised discounted price. After those are gone, regular-price projects are 50% upfront to start and 50% before launch or handoff. Managed Hosting + Care is separate at $75/month.
Website timelines vary based on what you need and how clearly you already know what you want. I aim for 1–3 days for one-page sites, 1–2 weeks for three-page sites, usually closer to one week, and larger builds within about a month. If you know exactly what you want and we nail it quickly, it can be finished sooner.
A revision is a reasonable round of changes to the design or content already included in the project. New pages, new features, major changes in direction, or work outside the original scope are additional work. I’ll always discuss that with you first. Additional work is $75/hour and is only billed after the work and hours are approved.
Once the project is paid in full, the finished website and code are yours, along with your content, domain, and business accounts. You’re not locked into BNDR. If you want the site handed off for hosting somewhere else, it can be.
Managed Hosting + Care is $75/month and covers hosting, SSL, deployment, uptime monitoring, basic maintenance, and keeping the site live. If you don’t want managed hosting, the site can be handed off elsewhere. The code is yours.
Yes. Every design I build is mobile-first. I also build in a strong SEO foundation: clean code, proper heading hierarchy, keywords, page titles, meta descriptions, Open Graph tags, semantic structure, crawlable content, responsive design, performance work, and accessibility fundamentals. Because the sites are coded, I can also make them more interactive and engaging where it makes sense. That should give you a stronger overall SEO foundation while also making the site better for the people actually using it.
